The meeting has been organized by the Interbalkan Environment Center. There were participants from the majority of partner countries of the Re-Source program.

The main topics presented by the participants were about the way in which each partner’s workplace operated, their research interests and their main projects. Also, budget, duration, deadlines, partner obligations and the main objectives of the project were fully analyzed and explained. In the end, I-BEC the lead partner, distributed the Overall Partnership Agreement which has been signed by all partners.
